Feliks (Felix) Mamczur is a Polish director, editor, and video artist, as well as a multidisciplinary filmmaker. He graduated from the Wajda School in Warsaw and earlier studied Cinematography and Television Production at the Łódź as well as Cinematography at the Academy of Film and Television in Warsaw, Poland. Member of the European Film Academy.
He specializes in directing and editing documentary films that explore topics such as mental health, homelessness, and tolerance. His works have been showcased and awarded at numerous international film festivals, including the European Film Awards, Millennium Docs Against Gravity, Visions du Réel, DMZ International Documentary Film Festival, and Palm Springs International ShortFest. For years, he has also been actively involved in creating projects for the advertising industry, collaborating with renowned brands and producing visual campaigns recognized both in Poland and internationally.
With over 18 years of experience in the advertising industry, Mamczur has worked on both the director and agency sides, specializing in communication strategy and creative development. He began his career at the Internet Group SA media group before moving to EURO RSCG (now HAVAS), where he worked for many years. In recent years, Mamczur has successfully delivered advertising and film projects for prominent clients such as SONY, mBank, PKO BP, McDonald’s, British American Tobacco, SHARP, Zdrovit, and Warner Music.
